Expanding threads to just one page?

Some times I will find a thread like the one bellow that might be several pages. What I would like to do is view it as one page.

Since I found it threw a search I can't use the view all function on the main forum index page. How can this be done?

you can add the following to the end of any thread URL: &showall=1
