Sikaflex SL. After cleaning out the joint, fill it it part way with clean silica sand before applying the SikaFlex. This will save you money on material.
We agree, Sikaflex works great but it only comes in gray Limestone. If you have a different color floor and want something more color matched, look online for RS-88 which comes in over 100 colors.
