I know some of you went the build it yourself way here but I'm not a great welder and just want an inexpensive rotisserie for a Mustang project. I'm looking at the Greg Smith Equipment and another one that seems to be under different names. All with the CR-3000 in the name like Workhorse, Tuxedo, Auto-Lift, etc.

Any experience with these or others please let us know.

I have the Greg Smith rotisserie. Lots of adjustability. The only issue is that the casters leave a little to be desired when the unit is loaded. It really doesn't roll as well as it could. I actually got mine fairly inexpensively. Greg Smith sells at swap meets like Carlisle. They usually have a display model on site and sell it to avoid carrying it home. I was able to call and purchase the display model in advance at a good discount. The only constraint is that I couldn't take it until late Sat afternoon.
