I have 2 gallons of this stuff and wondered if it's a good/great primer for the garage floor. I would coat it with reputable high solids or 100% solids manufacturer after grinding. Haven't bought any expoxy yet but was wondering if this would work well with Legacy, Epoxy Coat, ect...? It's a 100% solids expoxy but has a water type consistency that supposedly soaks into the concrete? Seems the opposite of what I would think 100% solids epoxy is. Still not 100% confident in this stuff.
