I have a lot stuff in my two car. What are the issues with doing 1/2 the garage at a time so I can move stuff from one side to the other? I don't have enough room to store stuff outside the garage.

I saw a black epoxy floor on here but now I can't find it. can someone point me in the right direction to that post. Who makes the black epoxy.
Though my garage is only 10 years old, I have a lot of paint and oil spots. Will grinding the floor do enough? I really don't like the acid etching and pressure washing steps.
