Express machete - info request

I picked up this machete for one doll hair at a yard sale yesterday. My google skills are weak and the search terms are too broad. Does anyone know anything about this company. Based on the handle checkering it looks rather old.

From what I could find, the ones with American Flag logo are made in the USA and really tough. Then, I found ones without the American Flag or any mention of USA that come in a plastic package, much like you'd find at a big box store now a days. I'm not trying to be a smart Aleck, so don't take this the wrong way. Have you tried google with double quotes around "Express machete"? I found some images that look like the ones you posted, and an eBay listing. Give it a try, and see if you get better results.

I have a machete with the exact same logo, however mine is 37” from tip to tip. I’m pretty sure they’re made in USA. There’s the remnants of us flag sticker on it. I’ve heard the company is from El Salvador and their blades with the USA flag sticker are made in the us. I recently obtained this from a storage auction so I have no idea how old. Hope this helps
