exterior insulation question

I have removed the old siding from my house exterior and want to add foam insulation and then new siding. My question is ..what do I install first? I have the existing wood sheeting, then do I put up foam and then a house wrap before the siding? Or do I even need a house wrap?

Where are you and how much insulation are you putting on? In Maine the magic number is R10 on the outside. This is the point where warm moist air on the inside of the house won't go thru dewpoint in the wall causing moisture related issues in your wall. No house wrap is needed
