Sometimes the call them goosenecks, sometimes gas station lights. And yes, barnlights, too.

Try eBay to learn and you might even find some you want.

The pre made ones I have seen are crazy expensive.
If you know someone that can bend pipe they would not be hard to make.
A 180 bend followed by a 90.
The green reflectors are pretty common.

Google gooseneck sign lighting and you will get the results you are looking for. They are different than barn lights as they have offset, oval shaped reflectors designed to be set on an angle.
