Does the Code allow me to run a liquid tight conduit 30 ft along an exterior wall and 3 feet onto a pergola for a couple 110 20 Amp outlets?

Does the conduit run across the ground, is it buried, or 8 feet in the air across to the pergola or ???

It starts at an exterior panel and runs along an exterior wall at 10 feet above ground and the pergola is 2 ft away from the wall.

It has to be supported at least every 4-1/2 feet as well as within 12" at each end. It also has to be protected from physical damage. Since there is no definition of what that is, it's up to the AHJ. As long as you can satisfy those rules, it should be ok even though it's going to be ugly.

I wouldnt run liquid tite like that because it will not look good. 4 sticks of EMT and some couplings will take care of this and will look way better

OP might not have a bender or the skills for using it on EMT, hence the proposed hose technique.

Perhaps glued PVC conduit instead?

PVC can be bent with some gentle heat (heat gun, not a torch). I'd do as much in pvc as possible then transition to liquidtite to jump out to the pergola

RMC or GRC is for outdoor... unfortunate price is crazy after 2019 cause some one think it's under valued ... used to be $12 per 10' now ...
check to see if your local electrical supplier can do it cheaper for cash. if you use these they also sells the long sweeps for it for 90deg bends.

yes it is... emt is thinner probably rust resist less. I have a stick of grc left on the ground for 4 years before use.... and it have zero rust spots. as oppose to EMT. way back then I got it for only $15 pre-2019... right after the tariff things and before the pandemic.

And I have run thousands of feet of EMT on exterior walls throughout the years with no known issues, including for myself. I won't do it, but EMT has been approved for contact with the earth for years, and as of the 2023 NEC, EMT can be buried as long as the proper fittings are used.
