In the planning stage for a 3 car build this year.My question is Block,Poured or Prefab extreior walls? 1/2 to 2/3 of the walls will be in a hillside.

If your walls are actually in the slope, your engineer will most likely be telling you what walls.

In dry climates concrete filled foam blocks are popular. Steel forms for concrete seem efficient to me if there are companies within range.

I was contemplating this a year ago, I went with poured concrete, couldn't be happier. Depending on your situation, height of wall, length of wall etc, might dictate which way to go.
