I found a ceiling mounted heater for cheap and thinking of adding it into my garage system.
Right now I have just slab heat and the recovery time is horrible.
My thought is to either splice into the garage piping after the zone valve, or add a zone valve and tie into garage heat on controller.
Would run a line voltage T stat to the heater. Set it to 55*. Garage heat set to 65*.
Main T Stat calls for heat, water runs into floor. Temp dips below 55* and the ceiling mounted heater also kicks on.
Water temp to pex is about 130*. Can I expect ok output of heater with "cold" water?
This is the heater I am looking at:

Can get it for $250.
