Extra lineset came with Costco mrcool diy mini split 12k

I ordered a diy mr cool 12 k from Costco a couple of months ago and now just getting it installed. It came in three boxes, inside or cassette out side with the pump and a line set. Today I opened it all up and there was a line set boxed in with the outside unit. Both line sets are marked 25 foot. An expensive mistake by someone, or there was a problem with the Line-set boxed with the unit. I have yet to be able to find out anything from Costco . Anyone else run into this issue. I figure I will use the one that came in the extra box as maybe the one shipped in the unit has an issue.

better than IWAE did me- they sent too small of a lineset.
I didnt figure it out until it was installed in the wall, rocked and painted....
