I have a neat extra-long 10" #1 Phillips screwdriver made by Xcelite, but I can't find an extra-long #0. I have to get to a very deeply recessed Phillips head screw and my #1 is just too big. Any suggestions?

Thanks, everyone! M6erfan, I can't use a bit holder. because of not enough space. The two screwdrivers mentioned in this thread will work fine. Not sure why they didn't come up when I was searching. So thanks again!
