Extra power to garage and grill station

Having a buddy come over with his trencher so that I can throw a water line, network cable, and an additional electric line. I want to do this in conjunction with a new concrete slab that is replacing some deteriorating brick.

This new slab is going to eventually help me build my "grill station". I'm finally going to move my grills permanently away from the garage so I don't have to move them each time I want to cook. So, when time and money become available, I'll build a small grill area, possible pergola, etc. I want this new electrical to run past this area, branch off to the grill station, and to the garage. My question, since I really don't know what I'm doing and want to have some idea what I'm looking at, how do I work that branch? Is there way to stub up from the underground conduit to allow me to do future work? An in-ground box? Do I run all the way to the garage, into a sub panel, back out to the grill station?

And don't worry too much. I am having an electrician friend do most of the work but I want to have everything in my mind, have materials, and be able to do the grunt work beforehand.

Not sure what you mean by extra power to the garage. By NEC you can only have one power source to the detached garage. You should have one feeder circuit from the house to the garage sub-panel and then from the sub-panel in the garage a circuit that will go the the grill station. You can put in conduit for the grill station and pull wire later.
