I currently am using an IR 90 degree die grinder with a Roloc end for my gasket/surface cleaning duties. I find that there are times when I would like to have an extra long shank to reach into recessed area. Does anyone make an extended reach shank for this? I've tried searching and haven't been able to find anything. I know they make straight die grinders with extended reach but I don't really want to spend the extra $$ for another tool when all I really need is a longer shank.

I have this, it works great..even has a sleeve so you can hold the shaft for extra support while using it.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I was all over amazon looking for it. I never would have found it looking under that description.

I made one from a 12" piece of 1/4" cold rolled, just threaded the end witha 1/4-20 die, if wearing gloves you can hold the shaft to control I quite easily.
