Extra support for Garage Door Hangers?

I'm going to be getting a new garage door installed soon.

I'm insulating first, then drywalling.

Before I do so, should I add some extra 2x4's between the joists? If so, where would you put them?

I may have to make my current garage door unserviceable, by removing the current hangars, insulating, drywalling and then get the new door installed.

Now that I think of it, I don't believe I need to do anything. The new hangers can attach to the current joists. Should be quite simple.
