I saw one on the Snap-On truck of all places. I picked it up and it looked like it was pretty good quality so I bought it. I work in the natural gas field as a compressor mechanic so I routinely need a long handle 3/4 ratchet. It extends up to 40" and down to 24". I had extended all the way with a 4' cheater pipe on the end and I was hanging off of it like it was a chin up bar. Im 6'4 and 220lbs so thats a lot of force. I broke a 7/8 grade 8 bolt in half with it and the ratchet held up fine. At first I was sure I just snapped the dang handle off or broke the ratchet. Thing works like a champ and only cost $95. Cant beat it. I plan on trying out the 1/4,3/8, and 1/2 ratchets now. Just thought some of yall might like a review of it.

The Dual 80 series dosen't have a release button which can be a pain sometimes. But I do like the fine ratcheting for tight quarters work.

I've got a 1/2" PROTO that is very similar, extends to about 20"....not sure, never measured it, but I'll have to now. I love it, just used it today to pull a few 1 1/4" nuts off of a couple of bearings.

These are the first I've seen like that one, and a 3/4" one would be a great addition....although I don't work on "the big stuff" as much as I use too, usually just big bearings or sheaves.

Thanks for the link!

I've been looking for a 3/4 drive ratchet or breaker bar for a little while now. Looks like this is what I need! Thanks for the review
