Have you guys tried these? How are they? I could use something like this for sharpening loppers and pruning shears.

I like mine, tend to use them after a touch up with a file. Good for final finishing on scissors and the items you mention.

I’ve got a couple, and they’re really good.
Maybe a little finer than you might expect, certainly compared to a comparable grade stone, so you might need something a little more aggressive for garden tools.
They do give a superb finish though, maybe the best of these diamond hones, and they are more rigid than the 3M files (which I also like) so invaluable around the workshop generally

I usually use the oval diamond hone from Felco. on my pruners. (Felco 903).
It’s a steel oval coated with diamond particles similar to the EZE-Lap jones, but the shape is better suited to a curved lopper blade.
I have no clue what the grit size is.
For finer polishing I would just buy a translucent Arkansas hone and take the pruners apart, but that usually isn’t necessary.
For heavier nicks I definitely take the pruners apart, and then use larger diamond bench stones, but I have larger diamond bench stones, but those can be pricey.
Felco also makes varieties with carbide joning edges, and I might recommend those, since Felco’s business is industrial quality loppers used for agricultural use like vineyards, where workers may need to quickly hone and edge before quickly continuing pruning.

I have them and like them. For larger tools like pruners, they might be a bit small. The abrasive section is only like 2“ long. The other issue as @neophyte said is no diamond I’ve seen is fine enough for a knife blade, or a chisel or plane. But if those aren’t on your list, I’d say buy them. But know this won’t be your only blade honing equipment, You will probably need proper whetstones at some point.
