Great for filtering your shop air. This is normally used in a system to purify compressed air. It filters wet/ oily air from a gas powered compressor. This helps in part to filter the compressed air into breathing air for people working in areas that require them to be on fresh supplied air via an air hose/ face mask/ hood setup. It filters down to 1/2 micron. This also comes with an extra replaceable cartridge. It has a drain on the bottom. It features an integrated regulator with 160psi gauge and a high pressure relief valve. This has multiple ports to hook into. This is free standing but it could be wall mounted if you wanted to make up a mount for it. This is a well built industrial unit that is better than anything you would get from HF/ Lowes/ Home Depot. It was never put into service. I have three of them.
