Do you have a part number or more info. I guarantee that Shaun or I can get you the info you are needing.

First off if you need williams branded parts it is better to go through the supplier.
If you bought it off one of the discount sites then go back to them to get the part.
I cant get williams parts so why call snap on customer service and expect a super fast answer.
what kind of box do you have. show a picture of it and how the lock works and chad and I can figure out what lock you need to order.

He has the willaims version of the KRA4107/4114. If they use the same round locks he needs a K2LA

first, what kind of contact you made? I've called Snap On maybe 10 times regarding either product or warranty questions, every single time I got a real English spoken person on the phone answering me.

did you call Williams or trying to get their # through the vendor where the box was purchased?

well then whoever he bought the williams box from should have been his first call for help. the k2la will work just fine. I do that quite often for guys.
I do have to commend snap on about the english spoken here when it comes to customer service. never a problem understanding anyone at all. come to think of it all the way around the board it is easy. man we have it made. try and call direct tv. what a pain.
also no need to press one for english. I hate that....

Ya snap on customer service is great, every time i have a problem or question I call up. If the person answering the phone doesn't know the answer they put me on hold for about 2 minutes, and get right back with the answer.

#1 Thanks to Chadster......SO still gave me a hard time using their # for the lock and key set, but they finally gave me the williams number for the set. from all of my dealings with these situations I have never had an easy or quick answer from SO regarding tools and accessories that are branded both ways, and you are at their mercy because you have to call them for any info on those FEW SKU's. its not an every day, every week or even an every month problem, but when the requests come it always takes a while. i just needed to rant on the issue.
