Fabric Building info

Has anyone put in a commercial grade fabric building? I am looking at 12k for a 40x40 uninstalled. This will be for equipment storage and dry work space on a farm. How was your durability? Do you really get a lot of natural light through the fabric?

Can't say from personal experience, but around here (S. Idaho) more than a few equipment rental outfits make use of very large fabric buildings. High winds, rain, ice, and snow storms are common in this area, so my thought is that they must be OK (if, of course, they're of good quality and installed properly). I'll also note that it looks like enough light comes through the fabric of such buildings.
