I really enjoy building and reading on home made devices/tool/ whatever is not off some stores shelf.
We all have great ideas, and I would like to recomend a section on DIY tools, benches and what not.
anyone else feel the same way?

Great, Now what would be the process to Nominate this new DIY/Fabrication section on the board? Or is this thread the Nomination?

And wait.

I suggested a board last year, one dedicated to garage storage solutions, which received response from members similar to this one.

There are a few other things that have been requested, but no visible action taken. Last July(ish), Ryan mentioned his "GarageJournal month" was coming soon, but it would seem that real life, garage renovations and assorted other responsibilities are consuming his free time. I know that situation well, and can commisserate with him on that.

Hopefully he'll find time at some point to revisit our requests and make some of them happen.

I'd really like to see this forum added. As well as the one Der Bugmeister suggested.

Perhaps we should start a mutiny and take over the board ourselves? :lol_hitti
