Lots of France (which one would hope for from a French company) Lots of Taiwan (I personally have no problem with tools from Taiwan), Italy, Germany, China, Czech Republic, Japan! USA!

Without any success, I tried to find a picture of the 0445.10DS which are described as USA sourced Reversible Locking Pliers, 10" Wondering what they looked like.

Only difference in part numbers is the size.......both currently being sourced from the US. Not sure who is making these for Facom.

An educated guess would be either MAC or Proto I suppose.
