Good day lads.
I am tempted in acquiring a Facom NS.2000F, due to small form factor and the capabilities of the product. Also, I do have a great relationship with the seller, so this should be the way forward.
Next, is the compressor. I cannot find a quality one at 230V voltage to satisfy my needs, and a 3 phase right now is not a good investment.
At a dental lab nearby I found a OF1202-40BD3 with the following specs:
Performance Summary
Model OF1202
System Type Base Unit
Market Dental / Lab
Displacement (50 Hz) 10.24 cfm (290 l/min)
Displacement (60 Hz) 11.58 cfm (328 l/min)
FAD @ Max Pressure (50 Hz) 4.59 cfm (130 l/min)
FAD @ Max Pressure (60 Hz) 5.16 cfm (146 l/min)
Max Pressure 120 psig (8 bar)
Tank Size 10.6 gal (40 litres)
Noise Level (50 Hz) 76 dB(A)
Noise Level (60 Hz) 79 dB(A)
Pressure Dew Point -40°C
Facom datasheet claims a power requierment of 125l/minute, but I do not know if the requierment is for duty cycle or free air.
The Compressor, can put out 130l/minute at 8 bar, while the wrench is designed to see 6.2 or 90 psig.
Please find the attached compressor graph. At 6.2 bar it sits just below 150l/min.
Upgrade wise, it is a silly option as I will be limited in using only wrenches with the compressor.
