Yes! It´s the white grease Facom uses (used?). Since I bought my first R151 in the seventies, it slipped after some months (little used), I washed the stuff out with a brush and some petrol and used a light machine oil ,SAE 10. Thereafter I treated all my ratches the same way : I never had any problems since I made that decision! All my 24 ratchets work fine, even after not been used for months.It really works.Good luck to all of you.
