Facom Winter Promotion

Since finding that Stahlwille wrenches were much cheaper from Amazon.de, I decided to find out if I can get some Facom tools cheaper from the UK even accounting for the shipping cost. I ended up order a set of the Facom antislip ratcheting wrenches here since it was the easiest to check out with shipping to the US through this site, but there were at least one other company (Prime Tools) that was willing to export provided that you contact them. I ended up paying about $150 shipped.

That's a bit harsh, some of that Facom stuff is still France or European. Is there an Amazon.fr ?
By the way any tools I have bought from Amazon.de have shipped from UK warehouses. Amazon has weird pricing but they don't aim to make any money selling things so your gonna get weird pricing.
I use Prime tools and the Tool academy, they are both good and often the cheapest here on what they are pushing.

I am looking at a set of combination ratchet wrenches. Either the set of 12 Facom 467R or the Stahlwille 17-12 set. Does anyone have any experiences with the differences between the two? The Stahlwille is less expensive by quite a bit.

Its very rare to find COO listed by a UK retailer, unless its a brand pushing where its made. Even the packing would not usually state it. I mostly find the COO of Euro tools by looking them up on US sites.

Yes, that's where I go to find out on Facom, but he isn't a UK retailer, I doubt here the retailer could get the COO from the manufacturer if they asked. Its very hard info to get in the UK.
