Tool wise it's a yard sale box jumble...so whatever you'd pay for duplicate yard sale jumble.
stand wise it's worthless to me as it takes up a lot of room.

Unless you're Don Long and can work that thing into a diorama, I'd say zero is the value.
but someone should pm Don in case he wants/needs it.

I believe Bull might drool over that thing too.

It's neat, but the space it takes up vs ammount of storage isn't very efficient. Outside of a collector, I'd imagine the market for that thing is very small.

Since it appears to be at a business, presuming the tools are new and for sale. $300 might be close just for the tools showing.

Yeah its up to you. I wouldn't pay anything for it. I don't like my tools left out in the open to get stolen or dusty.

Find some other item to bargain on that you don't want to get an idea of what kind of prices the guy charges.

I'd offer $100, no more than a third of what your max price is.
