Fake brick - anything out there?

I'm jealous of SANDOVAL. I want brick walls inside of my garage too. Unfortunately it's brick on the outside, 2x4's on the inside. Is there any way I can simulate brick on the inside other than the wallpaper stuff?

Lowe's sells brick tiles. Basically a 1/4" thick piece of brick that looks like the real deal.

For indoor use, ive installed brick facing. They're about 3/8" thick. Easy to install. Available at home centers.

They also sell Prefab sheets of fake brick, but its still pretty heavy duty stuff It slike an inch thick and Ive seen it used to cover a building once. looks just like Real brick

Fake brick, have you looked at the vinyl siding? I think its pretty pricy so I don't know if its worth it.

There was a show on DIYnetwork or something like that recently where they used brick veneer. Exactly like a brick but like half inch thick. Looked pretty cool--I may try it myself.

Dude, I'm with you! I think Sando's place looks great. I volunteer at the Meadow Brook Concours' d'Elegance (@ the Dodge family mansion, Meadow Brook Hall in Auburn Hills, MI). His brick garage reminds me of the old garages across the brick courtyard from the hall.

Years ago, my Dad used Z-Brick behind a Franklin stove we installed in an addition. Used over cement fire-proof board for that application, it has worked well, and held up for many, many years. As mentioned above, it's like a brick face, about a 1/2" thick. They come in flat pieces, in L shapes to simulate corners, and in 3 sided "corners".

I won't be able to afford to do it at construction, but something like that for at least one wall is in my long range shop plans.
