Just curious if anyone has used the log siding that Menards sells on the interior of your Garage. If so was it an easy install, pictures would be helpful as well. I haven't even checked the prices on this material, and ideas. Thanks!!!

Not in the shop but I used 2x8 spruce log siding from Maynards. It's been almost 10 yrs ago so my rememberer is a might fuzzy but it wasn't bad to install. One thing I would do different if I did it over is to use untreated 4x4s on inside corners to avoid coping them. You will need to be creative as to how to install recept/switch cover plates......cope pieces to fit over the logs to give a flat surface or machine a flat into the siding.
I chose spruce over cedar because cedar started out real dark and was only going to get darker and we wanted a lighter color.
I ripped down #2 pine for trim and made a cover for a steel door from #2 pine that I ship lapped and added pieces to look like re-inforcements.
I doubt pics would show much plus there is too much foofoo around anywho:)
