

I don't know about others, but I started noticing some changing on my way into work every day along the highway back in mid-August.

well certainly not wayyyy down here in the prairies, these pics were taken just before posting, save one. in my area its mostly only sugar maples that still have leaves, but trees on my property; red oak, cherry,norway maple...and every maple for that matter... still have some leaves on them.Silly Bennington flatlander, the leaves have been gone for a week now!![]()

Thanks. I planted that Acer palmatum var. dissectum "Crimson Queen" 30 years ago. One of my favorite japanese maples.beautiful japanese maple...if that is in fact what it is...
