I'm looking to do some gutter work, re-mortor the chimney cap and possibly look at installing skylight or solar panels later on. I have a couple of ladders that can get me on the 2nd story roof, but I really need some recommendation on proper fall protection. As background, I'm 5'10", range from 180 to 200 lbs depending on time of year, what type of harness is recommended for a home owner/diyer?

Thanks for replying. What is the bucket for? And is the harness's rope supposed to anchor to? I was hoping I can find something useful on Zoro's site since they have a sale going on today but I still feel I don't know what to buy.

The bucket is the box/case/what you store it in.
The anchor is included but not related to the bucket.
They have a similar kit at lowes or homedepot I forget.

They sell poles that go into your roof vents. I'm not a fan of drilling into roofs so I anchored somewhere on other side of house usually
