Hey guys. What do you recommend for a fan clutch removal tool, non air tool operated?

To fit what?
Open end wrench(including special purpose) is about your only option past a long air chisel bit.
More so the holding tool and wrench. I've used a pair of locking chain whip pliers and a huge open ended wrench, but I'd like a proper set. I'm doing a radiator on an 04 Silverado 5.3 soon.

I used a ratchet strap's non-ratcheting end wrapped around the water pump pulley and hooked to a sturdy point and a big crescent wrench to remove the fan on the GF's Liberty when I changed waterpumps last fall.

If you are only doing one just stop by an auto parts store and get the loaner. Are you sure it even needs to come off do a radiator on that one? I'm suggesting you check. Someone on here will know because I don't.

FYI
I remember my Ford Ranger had left hand threads on the fan clutch. depends on which way the motor spins the fan cw or ccw
Might want to check yours so you don't try to hard in the wrong direction.

I've had it off before & done other jobs the same way I described. Just looking for a set specifically for the job instead of doing it "my way" lol

I have this one or a form of this one, don’t remember the specific brand l: GEARWRENCH Universal Pulley Holder - 3900 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009TC8XGS/?tag=atomicindus08-20

But I usually use that and some big ole pliers. Honestly that pulley holder is a pain to get in there and hold it while using the pliers, but I try to only pull the fan off as little as possible so I put up with my shade tree combo set

Im fairly certain you can pull the radiator with the fan still in, but why not take a few extra min to get the fan out of the way

I haven't looked at the job as far as removal. You sure there's enough room without scraping the core?

There's WAY more than enough room. The bottom half of the fan shroud will stay in the vehicle, just need to lift it up out of the "holders" and set it back towards the engine. It's almost laughable how simple it is to change.
