I'm not much on reading wiring diagrams, could someone interpret this for me?uploadfromtaptalk1464922103918.jpguploadfromtaptalk1464922199309.jpg I will be using this for a 115v application, which leads for hot and which leads for nuetral..thanks

You want low voltage (120vac) so use the diagram at left. Your hot and neutral wires connect to 1, and 4, respectively. But you must also jumper the other wires or terminals (hot, 1,3,8)...(neutral, 4) and (2,J,5) using wire nuts, as indicated in the schematic. It also explains how to reverse the rotation, which would be (hot, 1, 3, 5)...(neutral, 4)...and (2, J, 8)
