fan wiring

I found an old ceiling fan that the previous owner of my house left in the attic. I didn’t find any wiring info and I’m hoping y’all can help. There are 4 wires: 1 White, 1 Black, 1 Blue and a Green which is attached to the metal ball socket the fan hangs from. The ball socket is also what the fan is hung from. It will be screwed into one of the ceiling joists. The fan has a pull chain if that makes any difference.

I would like to use a left over 3 wire power cord/plug I have to plug the fan into one of the ceiling outlets. It has 1 White, 1 Black, 1 Green.

No lights attached.

White = Neutral
Black = Hot
Blue = hot for lights (even if not installed, the wiring is pulled in the fan when manufactured)
Green = Ground

Yup.

As a note, you should install it properly and not with a cord though.

The fan is in and on. I can have a cool breeze or an F1 as I choose.
