Who/where do I contact about sending in my FAR7200 air ratchet for flat rate repair. The detent ball and spring blew out on the square drive. Dealer says he cannot get just the parts I need. I remember reading about a repair facility that goes through the entire tool for a flat price. Thanks in advance.

talk to your dealer or call SO to setup a flat rate repair. Runs about ~$125.

to answer your question. I have the same air ratchet also, snap-on gave me the number 877-762-7664 and the quoted me $127.00 to have it serviced.
it sounds like you need the drive body, which from snap-on is $68.00. the drive body kit is $156.00, so your better off sending it to snap-on. pulling the paws out of the drive body is tricky, but not impossible.

I bought my air ratchet off of ebay for $60. the only problem was that the button was missing. I bought a button from snap-on and it worked.
the drive body assembly isn't hard to take out of the ratchet you just need a 3/32" pin punch. I attached a pic of what the ratchet head looks like with the pin knocked out.
