That is similar to the Xylon made by Sportcourt, however that Fast floor looks pretty frikkin ugly. Hell I sell the Xylon for about 2 bucks less per tile as well.

A local dealer is dumping his stock at about 1/3 that price.

The pattern isn't a great concern to me, just trying to do some background on the quality.

It is made by a division of a big plastics company in Ontario called Acclaim design. I spoke to someone who has it in their garage in Edmonton, they too got a good deal but they are not sure about it now. Half way through the winter and it seems to be breaking down. The structure is softer and rocks/gravel are getting compacted into it and seems to be cracking/tearing it in spots. The feeling is that it may too soft.

Looks aside, compared to RaceDeck it certainy seems to be of lesser quality.

I've had this product in my garage for two years with no wear whatsoever. Of course I don't have a gravel driveway to load it full of rocks either. It is rated at 1,600 lbs of load per square foot which is much higher than any other similar products i have seen. The Sportcourt product is made for playing ball on - not driving and parking on. You get what you pay for..... I'm happy with it myself.

Update: I called the guy I bought these from because I was concerned with some of the comments above. He told me there was a bunch of factory seconds that got dumped on the black market last year. He said you can tell these tiles because they don't measure a true 12 X 12 inches from edge to edge. These bad tiles measure between 11-1/2 and 11-3/4 inch fom edge to edge. If you buy this product make sure your tiles are a true 12 X 12 inches. I measured mine and they are OK. The tiles selling cheap/cracking are probably out of this reject pile. Also the tiles are rated at 16,000 pounds per square foot not 1,600 as stated above(my bad).

In reference to the sport court comment, please take a second look at their tile made specifically for the garage. The two models are Daytona and Xylon and they are designed for automotive use.
