Hello everyone. Been a busy summer. Got insulation and drywall up and painted. Go my new Ingersoll Rand 80 Gal Air Compressor (after cooler and auto discharge) installed and this weekend finally got all the part and time to install the lines.

I used the Fast Pipe System. It is the 1 inch, 235 ft master set which includes 5 drops. Yes the kit is expensive, but well worth it. Easy to install, just recommend you map out your garage, read through all the parts the come with a master kit and determine if you will need any additional fittings. I needed a few due to a few additional turns I did. I installed a loop system which allows me to add a drop anywhere in the system at anytime should I need to. With five drops and two air QDs on each one plus the two air reels, I think I am covered, but you never know....

I installed just over 200 ft in a day. Took a break and came back the next day to tighten all the fittings and air check the system. Took lines up to 170 psi and all held. Currently have main set to 100 psi and each drop set to 60 psi and all holding great.

I used Wilkerson/Dixon regulators. The main regulator off the tank has the filter and gauge. Each drop has it own regulator with gauge.

Check out the pictures and see what you all think.

Will

Bcos,

My garage is 30x57. I decided to do a loop system and wanted to make the system as efficient as possible which a loop design will do. So, for my garage, I was just over 200 ft. The five drops was exactly what I wanted as well. So the 235 ft Master Kit was a perfect fit and the total length fit the 1 inch justification. I like to also have a little more than not enough.

If all you need is 100 ft or less, the 3/4 100 ft Master Set will do just fine.
