Hello all! In my travels, I happened across a pneumatic nailer. More specifically, a FasTak Professional Series Pneumatic Nailer Model W2107. The previous owner was unsure if it worked and gave it to me to take a look at it. Upon testing, the nailer just blew a bunch of air out of the back. Upon dis-assembly, it was found that the piston stopper (9) and the seal (14) (names and numbers given to the parts in the parts diagram) were obviously damaged. I've searched and even made phone calls to the company about replacement parts but to no avail.
What I'm wondering is:
Is it possible to find replacement parts for this nailer?
Is it even worth it?
I don't have much experience with pneumatic nailers, so any assistance or comments about it would be beneficial. If there's any more information required to help in this situation just let me know.
