I must contribute here. Try Boelube for absolutely anything with friction. Drills, mills, slides, bearings, I don't care what it is. I used it to rebuild a ratchet 3 days ago and got it on my pointer finget....3 showers and countless goop washes later I can still rub my fingers together and feel the "slipperiness."
