So what is the GJ recommendation for a grout sealer? I used TEC accucolor delorean grey grout with Grout Boost in the mixing stage. 5 days after install some snow got tracked in and a leather boot was left lying on the side and the color from the leather (brown) leached into the grout. I ended up scraping out the new grout in the area and reapplied it.

So what product have you had really good luck with?

Thanks

Brian

This is not really an answer to your question, but in the future maybe try using one of the epoxy grouts on the market. They don't need sealing and are basicaly waterproof.

I've used them for 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. They are expensive, a little difficult to work with, but the final outcome is fantastic.

I did the bathroom shower surround and floor with epoxy grout. Mixing half batches I still could not keep up with the rate it flashed off. Thats was my 4th tile job. I swore never again by myself. This is my 5th tile job and about 800sft of tile. It would have been a possibility only if I had a help of 2 or 3. 1 to pack joints. 1 to squeegee excess fill voids. 1 to do initial clean and 1 one to do final clean and mix more grout and rinse buckets.
