Never realized how awesome industrial shears were until I was gifted a pair of Wiss W20's.

Shear pleasure! It feels like regular scissors but on cheat mode.

I'm in the process of looking into getting another pair, but in ~8.5 inch this time.

Check out XShear. They're actually trauma shears for EMS paramedics.

They'll cut through anything really well and won't get dull easily, and are quite reasonably priced.

Fiskars makes top notch scissors as well (but not trauma shears). Interestingly, it's also one of the oldest companies in the world too.

I have Kershaw Taskmaster shears in my box for scissors type activity.

For aviation shears/snips I like older Wiss, but my favorites have always been Malco. Klenk and Midwest are decent too.

For bigger sheet metal I have really old Bluebird, Pexto and Clauss shears that work excellent too.

For aviation snips, Malco makes Wiss and Midwest look like garbage.

I have never used Klenk.

I've been pondering these for awhile. I wish I knew about these when I was still working on the lake freighters.

Those are very interesting to me too, but I've heard they're not particularly great. The styling kind of divides me. I think the Olfa SCS-2 might be a better choice.
