Favorite new addition to toolbox

IcyHot creme, 7.5% menthol oil and capsaicin, goes on like grease, feels better in seconds, lasts a few hours.

Do not pick nose without washing hands first.
Avoid heat/sunlight, this stuff normally feels sort of cool, heat or sunlight and it burns (feels hot, does no damage as far as I know, but still surprised me hours later taking a hot shower).

Man, when we go on adventure to Yosemite and what not I have GF rub this on my back. I busted up my back something terrible years ago on diretbikes, and when in the 4x4, this stuff is a Godsend.

I keep it in the center console. Guess I'll throw one in the shop as well!

A former girlfriend of mine used to rub my back down with this stuff called tiger balm, which is basically an all natural form of Icy Hot that smells good (like spices). In the sun, it feels even better. I prefer it to Icy Hot, but she's long gone.

I'll have to find out what my wife uses, it's fierce enough I have to apply it with gloves on, but holy **** does it work!

Also, anyone remember Atomic Balm? From a highschool locker room, perhaps? You could run naked thru a blizzard with a layer of that **** on you.

Second the tigerbalm, it's the icyhot of the Asian countries. That and even vicks (the cough medicine company makes a rubbable for under your nose) feels great.

It means you can't take monetary wealth with you.

I know there is stronger stuff than IcyHot, Absorbine jr is like 2%, Absorbine not jr is for horses and a bit stronger. The Capsaicin makes a nice balance with the menthol oil, and I like the smell. I wanted to start weak and see how that works, plus I picked whatever was on sale, menthol oil is same in any brand.

I always thought Vicks clears your sinus etc., but read recently it does not, it just FEELS like it does.

The original nasal inhalers were made in Germany and contained Benzidrine, those opened the sinus.
