Im sure some of you like me love this channel. Just wanted to share this channel for those that might like watching tool/repair videos.

Pakistani Truck (not the similar "Pakistani Trucks" Channel) has been putting out great videos for some time. The guy that puts these together is a fantastic amateur video producer. No talking or wasted time asking to like and subscribe, just good footage and excellent editing. Most videos are action shots of heavy duty trucks being repaired or reinforced. The truck art that many of the Pakistani truck owners add often seriously overloads their trucks, so major modifications to handle the extra tonnage are required.
If you check out some these videos you'll see solid good work, usually with basic hand tools. Rarely do the workers even use ratchets.

Feel free to comment about this channel and share one of you favorite tool or repair channels also

I used to watch Pakistani Truck, but it soon became the same thing over and over again. While they have a lot of skill shown sometimes, a lot of the stuff just isn't right with little regard for the public safety---just look at the tire "repair" video.

I also like project farm. Someone on this forum once mentioned catus maximus and I like him alright for his quick opinion on mostly cheap tools. He's one of the youtubers I usually have going in the background while doing other stuff online.

Don't have a favorite. Pretty eclectic with my watching. I do use it to get familiar with things and learn something.

My most recent watching specific to learning something was how solar power and battery systems work. I am schooled in the basics.

TorqueTestChannel they're like Real Tool Reviews was but without explaining to me how an air fitting or a forward/reverse selector switch works for 50% of every video. With the bonus of Harbor Freight not winning every match up somehow.

My favourite tool channels are AvE for the tear downs and parts quality assessments and Flat Rate Master because he actual puts the tools through their paces before giving a verdict. In addition, he can give a verdict based on his experiences using the tool in a professional environment and not be brand/COO biased when one option is obviously superior than the other. There's far too many reviewers who fail in one or more of the following ways - shill overrated tools or junk, don't test the tools they are reviewing thoroughly, and/or use the tools hard enough to separate the weak from the strong.

A relatively new channel I really like is I Do Cars. I love his teardowns and analysis of junked engines. He's in the parts business and gets to do the fun part of tearing things apart without putting them back together.

I started watching his teardowns this week. It's interesting to see how some of the engines I've never torn down myself are built.

YouTube premium is some of the best money I've ever spent. ZERO adds, nothing to click through.. just content. saves me lifetimes in waiting five seconds to click through the next ad - it only adds twice as much time sitting in front of the computer watching youtube... I no longer watch TV or anything else though... these are some of my favorites:

Welker Farms
MN Millennial Farmer
South Main Auto
Vice Grip Garage
Watch Wes Work
Vehcor
Hickok45
Power Nation
TFL Truck/classics
Taryl Fixes All

Awesome channel and relevant to GJ members. He's a machinist that use to work on university space and science dept projects but covers a lot of things used in a shop. No stupid music, or useless verbiage. He has an amazing shop with a lot nice machinery although most shots are zoomed in close on the project and not on the shop.

Meatloaf episodes series can be interesting, goes over ebay tool items, tools he needs and surprise tool gifts from viewers.

Also, Cà Lem

This young kid is pretty remarkable in his restoration projects and machinist skills. No talking, no music

Also: +1 on Project Farm

Not tool related or a channel but here's someone driving a truck on a very dicey pass that I think will make any GJ member pucker up?

AvE has become a bit tiresome over time. Catus Maximus does a great overview of a class of tools each time

I think auto repair should be its own category. South Main is a winner for me

Project Farm is good. Catus Maximus, Backwoods Mechanic and many, many others too. Flat Rate Master has some good tool videos too and South Main Auto. My coworkers think it’s strange that I watch car and tool related videos they said they don’t want anything to do with work when they get home lol. That’s the only things I watch on YouTube besides pawn stars.
