FBI buildings experience

Anyone on here ever work with FBI buildings?

I am looking to build a 40x48 pole barn in the Chicago area and have been talking to Morton, Lester and FBI. I found some stuff on here about Morton (obviously), Lester (a couple notes) but nothing on FBI.

Anyone have any insight?

When I was interested in doing a building in the South Suburbs, several years ago, I contacted FBI. They were the most helpful, professional, and eager to please company that I had ever dealt with. At the time, I had contracted for a piece of land with an existing pole barn, and wanted to put additional square footage on and a complete makeover of the existing structure.

By no fault of FBI, the current zoning would not allow me to proceed. In hindsight, the village saved me a lot of money, and because of contract language, I received my earnest money back.

If ever, I needed another building, FBI would be my first call. Bill

my cousin had them build one for him a few years ago and he was very impressed. He has an engineering back ground and he thought they did a very good job. He also had looked at Morton, etc. This was in southeast Indiana

if Cleary builders are up in your area, I'm highly impressed with that company.

No personal experience with FBI but I have friends that have had two buildings built by them in the last 10 years. First is a farm shop built. Second is a combination farm shop and equipment storage on their other farm 30 miles away. From what I've seen in the first building, they used high quality materials and the crew took pride in what they did. I'm not aware of any issues with either building to date. I would definitely consider FBI if I was in the market for such a thing.
