Feb 2011 Snap On BOGO 1/2" Deal

I bought the 1/2" promo during February. I couldn't be happier with the goods. How often do they run BOGOs on the website like this? I would love to pickup some 1/4" or 3/8" similar stuff, screwdrivers, pliers, etc. I don't have access to a truck where I'm at. Was that a once in a millennium or do they do this multiple times per year?
