Just received some snap on duckbills and mini cutters and a Matco ratchet from donkdonk today. All around Great experience as usual!

Ive Bought some Ratchets from DonkDonk, Great Items at Decent Prices.. Only issue i had was that some Post office between me and him took exception to him taking a Flat rate envelope and doubling it over and covering it with tape, They charged me with the Extra shipping in which i never got reimbursed for.

I bought a Matco ratchet from this seller a while back. Product was as described, shipping was fast and communication was good.

My experience wasn't as good. I paid him literally within two minutes of getting his PayPal address, and after a week went by with no response I asked for tracking information.

After awhile, I got a song and dance about how he'd been "super busy" and thought he'd shipped it. He promised to ship it "first thing next morning." Well, another 5 days went by before the package hit the mail system.

I'm more than willing to be patient if someone is honest with me, but don't tell me you're going to ship the next day (after a week had gone by already) and then blow me off another 5 days!

I see he is back.. He "Was" Banned about a week ago, It must have been temp as i tried to find him and he wasnt listed as a member, and when i did find one of his old posts he had the "Banned" under his name.
