This gentlemen is a class act.He purchased a robinair a/c sniffer from me.On friday the 23rd i had surgery and wanted to get every ones order out on thursday regardless if the money was there or not.By the the time elgato got back to me the PO had already closed.I told him i could not do anything till tuesday.Well tues was a very bad day for me as i was in to much pain and heavily medicated.I contacted him and promised wed i would send it.He consistently told me not to worry about it until i was capable of getting to the PO.I was able to make it on wednesday.He was a true gentlemen and never waivered in his concern for my condition.Thanks so much elgato i would do business with u any day my friend.
