Define everday use. Tire shop or just a few trucks and trailers? It's OK for the price, but if it's something you need to rely on daily, I don't think it will cut it. I really only use it for a flat on a loaded trailer or sometimes for raising one side off a truck front axle. The air valve is pretty cheap and so is the release rod. If your going to use it a lot, get a OTC or Napa professional.
Another thing you might want to think about also is repair parts. I had one a guy brought in for repair sometime back just about that brand. Hate to say it but a lot of the cheaper air/electric tools are pretty much throw aways. Even some name brand tool/part/repair pricing is crazy anymore.
