I don't have one, but one of the older guys at work who does side work on motorcycles has one and really likes it. He is in his mid 60s and has back issues. Anything that keeps him out of a chiropractors office is a good thing. From what I remember he put something different on it to hold the front wheel because he was afraid of a bike falling over. He has a Valkyrie and just bought an Indian so he has had bigger bikes on it.

Not first hand info, but I hope it helps.

I have one. Works great. I have an old FLH and a Fatboy and no problems with either. I tried something different to hold the front wheel but went back to what it came with. It works fine too. Well worth the money.

I've had one for several years, in my unheated home garage. works like a champ for my Harley, 98 Heritage Softail classic. I've made a plywood top for it so I can drive the snow-thrower up on it to service that too! Worth every dime of the $319 I paid with the coupon back in 2010. I have modified the front wheel chock somewhat to inprove it, and I also bought a cheapo scissors jack from Wally world to lift the rear tire to polish the laced wheels. Invest in a really good set of ratchet straps to go with it and you'll be good to go for many years. I think I bought my soft tie loops from Harley that go around the handle bars so the don't get scratched.

Lots of folks on Hdforums have them and really no major issues... Keep it maintained like any other piece of equip. I will get one for my Electra Glide once my shop is done.

I have the older HF model with foot pump and hydraulic lift, I love and use it often. Lifts are back and knee savers and offer a convenient platform for your tools and beverage of choice. I spents months looking and waiting for a used Black Widow or Handy lift to show up in my regional Craigslists but ended up buying a used HF lift from a friend for $200. HF lifts are worth the money but not as nice as other professional brands. If you are not using it 40 hours a week they will serve you very well.

The first thing you need to do is to throw away the new style front vise and buy or make a proper vise for the front wheel (as noted above). The stock one is junk and dangerous. Someone on Chop Cult built this vise.
It is easier to simpler to buy a HF wheel chock or a proper front wheel vise for less than $100 and you are good to go.

Use the bar that comes with the lift to bear its weight once it is raised, otherwise the pump will leak and the seals will go bad. This is clearly stated in the instructions and yet the internet is filled with complaints of bad HF pumps
after users failed to use the bar relieve strain on their pumps.

Remember to use safety straps to hold your bike in position (as noted above). I have heard horror stories on several motorcycle forums of people who bumped and tipped their bikes off lift tables because they were not held in place with straps.

Once you work on a bike on lift, you will never go back to working on your knees ever again. Buy it.

None of the stores here in Canada like Princess Auto, can come close to the Harbour Freight prices

Absolutely, its worth $319. As mentioned previously, buy one of the chocks that HF sales (either the Condor chock clone or the other one) and put it on the lift. And use the iron bar to hold the weight when you have the lift loaded and raised. I've had mine for 4 years now. It previously held my ST1300 (which weighs about what your HD does) and now a Super Tenere. And can also be used to help unload items such as washers and dryers from the bed of your pickup truck!

I had the HF lift and used it with an Ultra and now my Street Glide. I swapped out the front wheel vise for another chock which several others were using.

I never had a problem with it and used it quite often. I put a 4 x 8 3/4 in plywood board on it for my ATVs. I would lift them then drop it down with the corners on some cement blocks. I got tired of doing that and decided to buy a lift with extensions. You could fab something up fairly easily if you had the time.
