Feedback on supratile ??

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone has used Supratile ? I looked around and it seems like a great option but after trying to contact the company that sells it several times I have all but given up on every actually getting a response.

Regardless I thought I would see if anyone has actually used it and if so how did you find the company to deal with when they actually bothered to get in contact with you.
